The security fund exists to:

• Ensure there is enough work available for active taskers
• Confirm that contributors are serious and committed
• Reduce spam, low-effort submissions, and task abuse

The vast majority of contributors never lose this fund. In fact, only about 3% of taskers have lost it, and only due to serious violations.

2. When the Security Fund May Be Lost

The security fund is only affected in cases of major rule violations, such as:

• Using AI tools to complete tasks when not permitted
• Using VPNs or proxies to hide your real IP address
• Attempting to manipulate task outcomes or platform systems
• Submitting intentionally low-effort or spam responses

Honest mistakes, difficult tasks, or learning curves do not result in penalties.

3. Task Attempts & Flexibility

Each task comes with up to 3 attempts. If a task feels too difficult, you are always free to:

• Skip the task
• Select an easier task
• Switch to a different project

You are never required to force a task that does not feel like a good fit.

4. Clear Instructions & Fair Evaluation

Every Space AI project includes detailed, step-by-step instructions designed to be:

• Clear and easy to understand
• Consistent across tasks
• Focused on quality, not speed

Tasks are reviewed based on effort, accuracy, and adherence to instructions — not perfection.

5. Refunds & Special Cases

If you are unable to find a suitable task and request a refund, it can be processed as long as:

• You have not spammed tasks
• You have not exhausted all 3 attempts across tasks irresponsibly

6. Payments & Project Switching

Approved work is paid according to the project’s payout schedule. Once your security fund is paid, you may move between projects freely without additional fees.
